Complaint Procedure

At Renwick Claims we take complaints very seriously and put one-hundred percent into rectifying the problem as soon as possible. You can make a complaint via e-mail, telephone or writing and we will reply to you to confirm we have received it within the next five working days. After that we will work alongside you and overlook the accident or event it involves to resolve the problem in the shortest possible time.

We keep record of any complaints we receive in order to learn from our mistakes and work towards a ‘right first time’ principle. We promise to make your complaints procedure as smooth as possible while using a professional manner.
